You will need to fill out our “Booking-Enquiry Form” and our team will then contact you within 48 hours to go through all your requirements. Once your request has been processed, we will send out an invoice requesting Deposit Payment for your booking.
* The lead traveller must be over 18 years of age.

Deposit Payment
Deposit of £150 per person is required at the time of booking.
Deposit Paid – upon receipt of your deposit we will make the necessary reservations, and you will receive an email confirming your booking with us.
** Deposit is Non Refundable** Your deposit is accepted in part payment of the full cost of the booking. The contract exists between ua once you receive our confirmation invoice, which is usually within 3 working days of making your booking. *It is your responsibility to check the invoice and to raise any queries, if any, with us. We shall not be liable if any of the information on the invoice is incorrect in the event that you fail to notify us within 7 days of receipt of our invoice. *It is also your responsibility to contact us in the unlikely event that you have not received our invoice within 3 days of making the booking.
Flights should be booked once we confirmed receipt of deposit or full payment. An updated Invoice will be emailed to you with a status of ‘Deposit Paid’ or “Fully Paid’.
Your flight booking is totally separate from your booking with Tennis in the Sun, and as such, Tennis in the Sun has no responsibility with your flight booking, whether booking independently or with. our flight consultant.

Transfer Information
Once your flights have been booked, you will need to complete the form for your tranfer arrangements.
Balance payment is due 10 weeks prior to departure.
A reminder will not be sent to you, it is your responsibility ton forward the balance on the due date shown on your invoice.
We reserved the right to cancel any bookings not paid by the due date.
